S. Hundal

Shaan Hundal has changed shirts almost every season since turning professional. Born in Brampton, Ontario, he came through the Toronto FC academy system, moving from Caledon SC and Brampton YSC into the Toronto FC Academy before making 84 appearances and scoring 17 goals for Toronto FC III and Toronto FC II. That form earned him a place on the USL 20 Under 20 list in both 2016 and 2017.

The clearest spell of his career came with Inter Miami CF II in 2021, when he led the team in scoring with 11 goals in 27 appearances, was named to the USL League One Second Team All-Star, and was a finalist for Young Player of the Year. A brief loan to Inter Miami's first team in MLS followed in 2022, though he did not make an appearance there. He then returned to the Canadian Premier League with Vancouver FC, scoring the club's first-ever goal, against York United, on 22 April 2023.

Hundal has moved through Valour FC twice, either side of his Vancouver spell, with seven goals in 27 appearances in 2024. He has since joined York United on loan from Brooklyn FC. At youth international level, Hundal represented Canada at U18 and U20, scoring twice in six U20 caps, including a goal against Antigua and Barbuda at the 2017 CONCACAF Men's Under-20 Championship.
