Sadig Bagiev

Sadig Bagiev grew up playing football in Ussuriysk before moving to the Sakhalin sports boarding school in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, and at fourteen he joined the Kuban academy in Krasnodar. His path to senior football went through a loan at Spartak Tambov before he broke into the Kuban Holding first team in 2024, making 20 appearances in the Second League Division B and scoring three goals.

The transfer that changed his career came that September, when he joined SKA-Khabarovsk on a three-year contract. He went on to make around 32 senior appearances for the club. That form led Torpedo Moscow to sign him in January 2026 on a long-term deal running to 2029, though the fee involved was not disclosed. He made his mark early in Moscow, scoring in his opening matches for the club. In July 2026, however, Torpedo loaned him back to SKA-Khabarovsk for the rest of the 2026/2027 season, without an option to buy.

Born in Russia, Bagiev also holds Azerbaijani citizenship and has represented Azerbaijan at youth level, winning four caps across the U19 and U21 sides, though he has not featured for the senior national team.
