The junior side won the Podlaskie Voivodeship championship in 2021, and the senior team took the regional Wielki Turniej in October 2024. Those results ran alongside a longer campaign in the II Liga, where the club had been playing since at least the 2019/2020 season.

Matches are played at the Hala widowiskowo-sportowa of the Białystok University of Technology, on Wiejska street, a hall that seats 350 and is shared with the university's own sports programme rather than built for a single tenant. When the schedule requires it, the team moves across the city to the Hala Sportowa at School No. 49.
