Port

The name on the shirts changed in July 2023, when an ordinary congress voted to drop AS Togo-Port in favour of AC Barracuda, a rebrand the club explained as a move away from its old identity as a works team for staff of the Port of Lomé and towards a shape that would suit the country's coming professional championship. The nickname survived the paperwork: people in Lomé still call them "Les Dockers", a reminder that the club was put together in 1969 by men who worked the port itself.

The single league title came in 2016–17, and it did not arrive alone. The same season the club lifted the Coupe du Togo, having already won it once before in 2006, then added the Coupe de l'Indépendance and the Super Coupe des Champions, the last of those settled on penalties against AC Sèmassi after the sides had drawn 2–2. Striker Tiliwa Kidiba had already left by then, but his 30 goals in 54 appearances between 2005 and 2007 were part of building the team that eventually got there, and he had a hand in the 2006 cup win too. Goalkeeper Abdoul Nassirou Omouroun came up through the club's own youth ranks in the mid-2000s before winning three caps for Togo.

Matches are played at the Stade Agoè-Nyivé, in red and white. The colours and the ground have stayed put through the name change; the rivalries have not needed any rebranding at all. Games against Dyto FC are known simply as the Derby de la capitale, two Lomé clubs fighting over the same city, and matches with AS Douanes carry much the same weight in the league table. Whatever the club is called on the team sheet, those are the fixtures that still decide how the season is remembered.
