Muhammadu Dikko Stadium

Muhammadu Dikko Stadium stands along Mani Road. The ground opened in 2013, and was completed under Governor Ibrahim Shehu Shema to host the local club, Katsina United. It replaced the former Karkanda Stadium, and the venue was renamed in 2016.

The stadium has been the home of El-Kanemi Warriors, who were displaced by the Boko Haram insurgency, and Malumfashi Football Club, who played through the 2021/2022 season. It has hosted the Northwest derby, a match between Katsina United and Kano Pillars that drew a record attendance in February 2024, though the exact number was not recorded. Security has been a persistent concern; the ground was closed to fans indefinitely after pitch invasions and attacks on officials in June 2022, and repairs were carried out the following December under Governor Aminu Masari. In November 2025, Barau FC player Nana Abraham was attacked during a match, a further sign of the tensions that have kept the stands largely empty.
