The pitch itself is a flat, rectangular expanse of hybrid grass that sits slightly below the level of the surrounding residential area. Tall blue floodlight masts rise from the corners, standing out against the mostly cloudy sky. The playing surface appears well-maintained, with the green of the hybrid turf contrasting with the brownish patches of the surrounding grass. A low yellow fence runs along the perimeter of the field, separating the pitch from the adjacent roads and buildings.

The ground feels detached from the city centre, situated within the ŠRC Zaprešić complex where apartment blocks loom in the background. The atmosphere is quiet, defined by the empty blue and yellow seats that have watched the club through its highest and lowest periods. The stadium was renamed in 2019 after Ivan Laljak-Ivić, a former president who led the team to promotion, but the name change did not alter the physical reality of the place. The capacity is listed variously as 5,228 or 5,528, but the number feels secondary to the presence of the old eastern stand. The ground is currently home to NK Inker Zaprešić, who took over from the dissolved NK Inter Zaprešić, while GNK Dinamo Zagreb II is also scheduled to play here in the near future. The surface includes a heating system, a technical addition that suggests the club is trying to bridge the gap between local ambition and professional standards.
