A visitor might walk past the colourful seats and see the quiet of the place. The mountain air blows through the empty tiers. It is not a temple of football, nor is it a place of legendary atmosphere. It is a local pitch in a small Albanian town, waiting for a future that has not yet come. The history is there in the opening date, but the current story is one of neglect.
