On the map gjovik.kommune.no

Tranberghallen sits in the centre of Gjøvik. The facility is best known for its handball court. Gjøvik Håndballklubb call it home for their women's teams and lower divisions, often sharing duties with the larger Campus Arena. The court holds 2,000 spectators. A game against Nordstrand saw 457 fans fill the benches, while a contest against Byåsen drew 429.

There is a specific memory in the hall's recent history. In 2009, Tranberghallen hosted the quarterfinals of the NM Handball cup. The local pair of Gjøvik og Vardal defeated Våg with a score of 18–16.

The swimming pool, part of the complex, has faced technical hurdles. Legionella issues forced temporary closures in 2019 and again in 2024.
