Üçevler Sports Facility

The Üçevler Sports Facility sits quietly within the Üçevler Neighborhood. What distinguishes this complex is not its scale — the indoor arena holds only 380 seats — but rather its layered history of two distinct phases. as a complement to what already existed.

The arena itself is a functional space designed for handball, though the Turkish Super League women's team from Bursa and the men's side from Nilüfer share its court. Both clubs compete at the same level and have used this venue for European Cup matches when the fixture list brought them here.

Beyond the main court, the facility contains accommodation rooms for visiting athletes — 27 in total — along with administrative offices and a cafeteria. These are not grand features, but they serve a practical purpose for teams that travel across Turkey for matches. The complex also includes a volleyball hall and a beach volleyball court, though these remain secondary to the indoor arena that now anchors the site.

The municipality manages everything from the official website to the daily operations. What matters is that the space exists where it does, built in stages, serving local clubs without seeking prominence.
