Wetzikon — Oberthurgau: 2:1, MySports League

Vetschau took all three points against Oberthurgau at home in the MySports League on Wednesday evening, winning 2:1. The result lifted the hosts off the bottom of the table while leaving the visitors rooted to 12th place after five games without a point.

There were no minutes recorded for the goals — the data came through without them — but the course of the match told its own story. To be fair, the home side had been building momentum, and the visitors had nothing to play for beyond avoiding embarrassment.
