Yegor Afanasyev Praises Avangard's NHL-Level Conditions
Avangard forward Yegor Afanasyev says the club's facilities rival the NHL and that he has warmed to life in Omsk after settling in over the past month.

He had visited Omsk only once before, on a trip with CSKA, and said he saw little of the city that time. Settled there for just over a month now, his view has changed. "I have a much better impression of the city now," he said.
