About the player
Alberto Quiles Piosa made his way through the Recreativo de Huelva academy before a return loan to Recreativo de Huelva. He broke into Córdoba's first team in 2016, making his professional debut in November that year, and spent the following seasons shuttling between Córdoba and a return loan to Recreativo de Huelva before signing for the Huelva club permanently in the summer of 2019.
A free transfer took him to Deportivo de La Coruña in 2021, and two years later he moved on the same terms to Albacete Balompié. In January 2025 Quiles left Spain for the first time, joining Tianjin Jinmen Tiger for a fee of around €1 million.
He finished the 2025 Chinese Super League season as the competition's fourth-highest scorer with 16 goals, and followed it up in 2026 with 11 goals. Quiles has not been capped by Spain at senior level.
