Dalun Zheng

Zheng Dalun's career began close to home in Liaoning province before it took him to Shanghai, where he spent his youth years at Shanghai Dongya and then worked his way up through senior football via a loan to Shanghai Zobon. He returned to Dongya for several seasons before a short loan at Tianjin Songjiang set up the move that defined the middle of his career.

At Tianjin Quanjian, Zheng was part of the squad that won the 2016 China League One title, earning promotion to the Chinese Super League. The club later became Tianjin Tianhai and was dissolved in 2020, the same year Zheng moved on to Shenzhen FC in a deal that also involved Pei Shuai. He stayed at Shenzhen through 2023, then had a season at Cangzhou Mighty Lions before joining Henan FC on a free transfer in 2025.

Zheng represented China at under-17 and under-20 level but has not been capped by the senior national team. At Henan FC this season, he has made 12 Chinese Super League appearances and two FA Cup appearances without scoring, though he has registered an assist in the league.
