Dubán Felipe Palacio Mosquera

Dubán Palacio arrives at Yelimay Semey having barely settled anywhere for more than a season. Since leaving Jaguares de Córdoba, the Colombian midfielder has moved through Bogotá FC, Deportivo Pasto, Atlético Bucaramanga, Deportivo Pereira, Independiente Santa Fe and Comerciantes Unidos before landing in Bolivia last year.

The clearest mark he has left on a shirt came at Deportivo Pereira, where he was part of the squad that won the Colombian Primera A title in the 2022-II tournament. He returned to that kind of success in 2025 with Nacional Potosí, lifting the Copa Bolivia while also making 27 league appearances and six continental matches for the club. A year earlier, in Peru with Comerciantes Unidos, he had contributed two goals across 34 matches, a rare stretch of consistent minutes.

His time at Independiente Santa Fe was brief by comparison, limited to four league games and three international appearances before a return to Bogotá FC later the same year. Left-footed and comfortable across midfield, Palacio joined Yelimay Semey on a free transfer, following the same pattern that took him to Santa Fe and Nacional Potosí without a fee changing hands.
