About the player
Elias Saad 's route into professional football ran through amateur football. He played for Einigkeit Wilhelmsburg and Niendorf before beginning his career at Buxtehuder SV in 2017. Spells with HSV Barmbek-Uhlenhorst and Eintracht Norderstedt followed until FC St. Pauli signed him in the winter of 2023.
At St. Pauli he became a key part of the squad that won the 2. Bundesliga title in 2023/24.
