About the player
Florian Hellstern made his professional debut for VfB Stuttgart II in the 3. Liga against MSV Duisburg in August 2025. The performance came on the back of a broader run through Germany's youth national teams, where he collected caps at U16, U17, U18 and U19 level.
Bundesliga. Hellstern made his debut for the club in a 1–1 draw against FC St. FC Nürnberg and Energie Cottbus, both by two-goal margins, followed by a narrow loss to 1. FC Heidenheim. He has yet to register a clean sheet at this level, a gap that stands in contrast to the shut-out he produced in the biggest match of his youth career.
