Yaroslav Gladyshev

Yaroslav Gladyshev started out at four years old at the Yuri Konoplyov Football Academy in Tolyatti, where he trained under Vitaly Grishin and Dmitry Polovinchuk. He worked his way through Dynamo-2 Moscow, scoring 14 goals in 26 Second League appearances, and made his senior debut for Dynamo in the Russian Cup in September 2021. Since then he has extended his contract with the club twice, most recently through to 2030.

In the Russian Premier League he has scored 30 goals in 96 appearances, adding 9 in 42 Russian Cup matches, and was part of the Dynamo squads that took bronze in the 2021/22 and 2023/24 seasons. He was named RPL Best Player of the Month in April 2025, having already stood out as a youth player when he finished top scorer of the RFS Cup in 2017 with six goals.

That put him alongside Artem Dzyuba and Oleg Salenko as only the third player in Russian national team history to score four in a single match, and along the way he set the record for the fastest hat-trick in the side's history, completing it in 33 minutes.
