The complex belongs to the university before it belongs to any club.
Two pitches, not one, and that is the practical difference here. The main field is natural grass at 105 by 68 metres; alongside it runs a second, artificial surface at 101 by 66. The synthetic pitch went in during the second half of the last decade; the grass pitch was rebuilt and handed back on 17 November 2007 .
Capacity is 2,888 . In 2008 the complex passed into the management of ФК Академия УТМ under a partnership with the university. That arrangement set the pattern.
The present occupant is ФК Политехника УТМ Кишинёв , which moved its home fixtures here for the 2026/2027 season after playing elsewhere between 2023 and 2025.
