De Herdgang

De Herdgang does not host matchdays in the way a city stadium does — it is PSV Eindhoven's training complex, and the ground shares its name with everything around it: seven pitches spread across the site at Oirschotsedijk.

The venue took on a new name on 1 December 2025, becoming the TenCate Stadion De Herdgang under a sponsorship deal, though supporters still refer to it by the old name. It opened in 1952.

Three sides of the club use the 2,500-capacity ground rather than one: Jong PSV, playing in the Eerste Divisie against reserve and lower-league sides; the PSV Vrouwen squad from the Vrouwen Eredivisie; and the club's O19 side, whose fixtures include UEFA Youth League nights when the draw sends European visitors out to the training campus instead of the main stadium in town. That mix — a reserve men's team, a women's team and a youth side sharing one arena — is what separates De Herdgang from a conventional lower-tier ground. The natural grass pitch and the modest capacity keep it closer in feel to a proper stadium than most training bases manage, without De Herdgang ever being mistaken for PSV's first-team home.
