Dvorana Stožice

The arena occupies the centre of the Stožice Sports Park. It sits apart from the outdoor football ground, which holds the national team.

The structure opened on August 10, 2010, with a basketball match between the Slovenian and Spanish national teams. Its shell roof reaches 34.6 metres at its highest point. Inside, the floor changes depending on what the house needs. The parquet covers 1,150 square metres for sport. The arena has never carried a sponsor’s name; it remains Arena Stožice.

KK Cedevita Olimpija moved in for the 2010/11 season and has stayed since. RK Krim uses the venue for its European matches, though the domestic games are played at a smaller hall. The building hosted the 2013 EuroBasket second round and final, the 2018 UEFA Futsal EURO matches, and the 2026 UEFA Futsal Euro final.

It has also hosted international concerts. José Carreras performed at the cultural opening in September 2010, less than two months after the basketball match. Rammstein played on April 30, 2013. Judas Priest followed on July 12, 2022, and Sting performed on May 29, 2024. The highest recorded attendance, 14,500, was set at the concert by Aleksandra Prijović on May 10, 2024, and again at the Iron Maiden concert on May 28, 2023. The arena underwent a significant upgrade with the installation of a new LED lighting system in 2022. It is managed by the public institution Javni zavod Šport Ljubljana.
