The growth has come in stages rather than one push. From 4,800 seats at opening it crept to 7,500 by 2009, then settled at 6,490 after work in 2015 and 2016 stripped out the VIP boxes from the count. The dressing rooms were rebuilt from scratch, ventilation was overhauled, and Wi-Fi went in for supporters.
Оренбург arrived in the Premier League in August 2016 and lost their first home game there to CSKA, before Dmitry Efremov got their first top-flight goal on this ground later that month against Rubin.
