Lodowisko Tor-Tor im. Józefa Stogowskiego stands at the end of ul. gen. J. Bema in Toruń. The ground opened on 6 January 1960. It was the first artificial ice rink in the city. The seating capacity is listed as 2,997, though general references round it to 3,000. The surface is artificial ice.

It is listed in the municipal heritage register under number 2567. The name carries the memory of Józef Stogowski, a former TKS Toruń player and Olympian, though the date the patronage was added is not specified. The facility is managed by the Miejski Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji w Toruniu, known as MOSiR Toruń. Its official website is https://www.mosirtorun.pl/.

The arena has hosted the 2009 IIHF World Championship Division I and the 2008 IIHF World U18 Championship in Division I. The Euro Ice Hockey Challenge was held here in February 2007. The opening match on 6 January 1960 was played between Pomorzanin Toruń and ŁKS Łódź, with Pomorzanin winning 4:2. The venue is also used for ice revues, kickboxing galas, and musical concerts.
