The Morača Sports Center sits on the right bank of the river. The complex has stood there since the late 1970s. The main hall is a vast space with a wooden parquet floor. The capacity sits at 6,000, a number that grew when the building was renovated for EuroLeague standards, replacing the old swimming pool area with a smaller hall called Bemax Hall.

The place belongs to SD Budućnost, which runs teams in basketball, handball, and volleyball, and the national sides for basketball and handball also use the venue for home matches. The air conditioning and modern lighting are new additions. Before that, the hall hosted Group B matches of EuroBasket 2005, and more recently the Third Place Game of the 2022 European Women's Handball Championship. The crowd record belongs to a volleyball final between OK Budućnost and OK Budvanska Rivijera, when 7,500 people filled the space.

The arena has a new name now, M Tel Morača Arena, following a sponsorship agreement with the telecommunications company m:tel. It also opens its doors for concerts, like the one to close the City Groove Festival.
