The current grass is natural, laid over a new drainage system designed to let the game flow even when the Brisbane rain falls hard. It is suited to both Australian Rules Football and Soccer.

The primary tenants are the Zillmere Eagles for AFL and North Star FC for soccer. The capacity is a matter of perspective.
