Ski Ishall

Ski Ishall is not an arena that presents itself as a landmark. The playing surface is artificial ice, which means it stays firm regardless of the weather outside. The crowd is not a seated one; 600 people stand, shoulder to shoulder. It is a small venue where everyone is close.

Divisjon or simply trying to stay in the lower tiers.

Occasionally, the noise is different. In March 2024, the arena filled up for the Norwegian ice hockey qualification tournament. But most weekends, it is just the locals, watching their neighbours play in the biting air. The arena has hosted cat exhibitions and other events, but the ice is for hockey. It is a place where the players skate fast and the fans shout.
