The Stade Louis-Philippe-Gaucher is an indoor ice hockey arena located at 900 rue Turcot, Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada. It is situated within the grounds of the Expositions agricoles de Saint-Hyacinthe (city fairgrounds) in the Montérégie region. The venue was designed by architect René Richer and opened in 1937, described as an Art Deco structure from the Depression era. It is owned by the Ville de Saint-Hyacinthe (City of Saint-Hyacinthe). The playing surface is natural ice, with standard regulation dimensions of 200' × 85'. The capacity is 2,048 fixed seats for hockey, with a maximum capacity of 3,000 people including standing room; this capacity has remained constant since opening, despite a $7.7 million structural and heritage rehabilitation project conducted between 2021 and 2024. The arena has hosted several teams over the decades. Current residents include the Bataillon de Saint-Hyacinthe (LNAH, since 2024) and the Gaulois du Collège Antoine-Girouard (Midget AAA, since 1997). Former home teams include the Laser de Saint-Hyacinthe (QMJHL, 1989–1996), the Cousin de Saint-Hyacinthe (LNAH, 2001–2005), the Cristal de Saint-Hyacinthe (LNAH, 2005–2006), the Top Design de Saint-Hyacinthe (LNAH, 2006–2008), and the Chiefs de Saint-Hyacinthe (LNAH, 2008–2009). Notable events held at the venue include the filming of the Quebec comedy film *Les Boys* in April 1997, the 2005 Quebec Winter Games (opening and closing ceremonies), the 2001 Midget AAA All-Star Game, and the 2023 Men's U18 National Club Championship (Hockey Canada). In September 2022, it hosted a professional boxing final for the Canadian heavyweight title. The venue also hosts annual agricultural events during the Saint-Hyacinthe Agricultural Fair in July. No official attendance record was found in available sources. The arena does not have a dedicated official website; information is managed through the city's official site (st-hyacinthe.ca).
