Stadion u centru Vojkovića

Istočno Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Formerly: SRЦ Branislav Brane Lubura, Stadion Mesto Vojkovići

The ground is known to its community as **City Stadium SRC Slavija**. It opened its gates in **1996** on the site of the former **OFK Lukavica** stadium. The land had seen better days, but the new structure was raised quickly by **FK Željezničar Srpsko Sarajevo**.

The real change came in **2008**, when the stadium was expanded to hold **6,000** people.

In the **2008–09 Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Cup Final**, the crowd swelled to **3,500**, watching Slavija defeat **FK Sloboda Tuzla** 2–0 in the second leg. More recently, the stadium hosted European matches, including a **3–1 victory over AaB** in the **2009–10 UEFA Europa League** qualifiers.

The address, **Vojvode Radomira Putnika 71**, is a long way from the flashy arenas elsewhere in the country. It is neither grand nor forgotten. It simply exists, holding its place in the local game.
