R. Ajibade opened the scoring in the third minute, giving PSG an early advantage. Lens responded with a substitution at the hour mark, bringing on N. Gelders, but it took until the 62nd minute before PSG matched the change with two newcomers: J. Echegini and Isabela.
The hosts pushed for a response and made their own double change at 70 minutes, introducing F. Rossi and M. Lafontaine. But the momentum shifted sharply at 73 minutes when L. Oillic turned the ball into her own net, effectively sealing the result.
Both sides continued to rotate. PSG added A. Ebayilin in the 82nd minute, while Lens brought on L. Oillic and R. Eloissaint together at 83 minutes. PSG arrive with confidence after a 5-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on 2 September, having previously drawn 1-1 with the same opponents.
