About the player
Artyom Bykov's path to professional football began far from where he now plays, in the Krasnodar academy system, first at Viktoria Krasnodar and then at Kuban Krasnodar. In July 2022 he joined SKA-Khabarovsk, moving the length of the country to the Russian Far East. He started at reserve level with SKA-Khabarovsk-2 before working his way into the main squad, where he made a single appearance in his first season with the senior side and then established himself with 22 appearances in the First League during the 2024/25 campaign.
That run of games in Khabarovsk led to his move to FK Sokol Saratov in August 2025.
Bykov's career has followed a clear route through Russia's provincial football map: from the academies of Krasnodar in the south, to the Far East with SKA-Khabarovsk, and on to Saratov. Sokol Saratov is his latest stop after a series of moves that have kept him at First League level.
