Dudu Cruz

Dudu Cruz came through Brazilian academy football before making the leap to Europe, a path that took him from São Paulo FC's youth ranks to Athletico Paranaense and, from March 2024, to Atlético Mineiro's under-20 side. His breakthrough arrived in January 2025, when he was promoted to Atlético Mineiro's first team. He made three appearances in the Campeonato Mineiro and scored his first professional goal in a 1-1 draw against Democrata-GV, a strike noted as the club's opening goal of the 2024/2025 season.

That spell at senior level proved brief. In July 2025 Cruz moved on to Felgueiras 1932 in Portugal, with the transfer confirmed the following month and a contract running to June 2027. The switch took him from Brazilian regional football straight into the Portuguese second tier, Liga Portugal 2, making ten appearances across the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 seasons and adding a further goal to his tally.

At 187cm and right-footed, his early scoring touch in Brazil has carried over into his Portuguese spell. His career so far has been defined by steady progression rather than headline moments: a short but productive run in the Atlético Mineiro first team, and now the task of establishing himself in a competitive Liga Portugal 2 defence.
