Egor Danilkin

Egor Danilkin joined Rotor Volgograd as a free agent on a contract running to June 2027, arriving after Torpedo Moscow terminated his deal by mutual consent. Born in Vladimir, he came through the youth ranks at Lokomotiv Moscow, Khimki and Dynamo Moscow, winning the Russian Youth Championship with Dynamo in two consecutive seasons before turning professional there in 2015.

His breakthrough came at Khimki, where he moved as a free agent at the end of 2017, making 118 appearances over five seasons. That spell brought a run to the final of the Russian Cup in 2019/20 and a silver medal in the First Division.

After Khimki, Danilkin's path took him through Volga Ulyanovsk and then Akron Tolyatti, where he was part of the squad that finished third in the First League and won promotion to the Russian Premier League. He signed for Torpedo Moscow the following summer and played in the top flight before the two sides parted ways in December.

Danilkin has represented Russia at youth level, with call-ups to the under-19 and under-20 sides earlier in his career, though he has yet to add a senior cap. At Rotor, he wears the number 15 shirt.
