F. Gouch

Facundo Guch was still a name that had barely surfaced in Newell's Old Boys' reserve setup when Cristian Fabbiani, newly installed as head coach, called him into the first-team squad in February 2025. At the time the midfielder had a single reserve appearance to his name, and the promotion drew attention in the local press as an unusual call rather than a routine one.

The step up under Fabbiani gave him his competitive debut on 4 April 2025, in the Copa Argentina. His first appearance in the Argentine top flight followed later that year, on 17 August 2025.

Since then he has settled into a rotation role rather than a fixed starting berth.

Guch has not yet been called up by the Argentina national team, and he remains without a major trophy or individual award at senior level.
