Fabio Jesús Pereyra

The first arrived at C.A.I., where he spent three seasons and won the Torneo Argentino B in 2012–13, taking the club up. The second came at Arsenal de Sarandí: 55 league appearances across three seasons and the Primera Nacional title in 2018–19, which carried him into the Primera División for the first time.

The route there was long. He came through C.A.I. as a senior player rather than a graduate of a big academy, then moved between Tiro Federal, Independiente de Chivilcoy and San Jorge de Tucumán.

His one spell abroad was brief. He joined FBC Melgar in Peru on a free transfer in January 2021, played 20 league matches and scored once, and the contract was terminated. He returned to Argentina with Central Córdoba of Santiago del Estero, again on a free, and made 61 league appearances there.

Huracán signed him on a free transfer in August 2023. He has since passed 117 appearances for the club across the Liga Profesional, the Copa Argentina and the Copa de la Liga, and scored against San Lorenzo in February 2025.

In September 2025, during a match against Vélez Sarsfield, Pereyra received news of his mother's death. Huracán cancelled the club's post-match interviews out of respect for him.
