Higor Gabriel Fernandes Alves

Higor Gabriel Fernandes Alves broke into professional football at Rio Branco EC, making his debut in the Copa Paulista in July 2017, before joining Fluminense, where he made his senior debut in March 2021 in the Campeonato Carioca against Portuguesa. He left the Brazilian club in September 2021 and moved to Sabah FK in Azerbaijan as a free agent the following February.

Since then his career has followed a path through loans and short-term moves across several leagues. Sabah sent him out on loan twice: first to Dinamo Minsk in Belarus, where he debuted in August 2022, and then to Lviv in Ukraine, where he debuted in March 2023. His contract with Sabah was terminated by mutual consent in September 2023. He signed for Hibernians in Malta in January 2024 and made his debut there the following month, staying until January 2025.

Higor Gabriel then moved to Uzbekistan, joining Navbahor Namangan for a fee of around €20,000. He made his league debut in March 2025 and scored against Kokand-1912 in May, adding another goal against Xorazm in the Uzbekistan Cup in July. Navbahor reached the quarter-finals of that competition, though the club did not go on to win either the cup or the league. He left Navbahor in December 2025.

In February 2026 he joined FC Yelimay Semey as a free agent, making his debut for the Kazakh club the following month. Earlier in his career, he was capped twice for Brazil's under-17 side in 2016, but has not featured for the senior national team.
