Jesse Randall

Randall came through Wellington's junior clubs, scoring 15 goals in 16 appearances for Island Bay United before a prolific spell at North Wellington yielded 41 goals in 44 matches. Loan moves to Tasman United and Hawke's Bay United followed, and he later returned to add another 17 goals in 22 games for Wellington Olympic. A brief stint at USL Championship side Charleston Battery in 2023 preceded his return to Wellington Olympic in 2024.

That form earned him a scholarship move to Auckland FC in May 2024, joining the A-League's newest club. He settled quickly, and across the 2024–25 and 2025–26 seasons he made 43 league appearances and scored 12 goals, playing his part as Auckland won the A-League Premiership and then the Championship, beating Sydney FC 1–0 in the Grand Final. He picked up Auckland FC's Players' Player of the Season and Members' Player of the Season awards and was named in the PFA A-League Team of the Season.

He then represented his country at the Paris Olympics, scoring against the United States, and was named in New Zealand's squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, making his tournament debut against Iran. In 2026, his performances for Auckland prompted a move to Scottish Premiership club Dundee United on a two-year contract.
