Jean Fiacre Kouamé Botué

Jean Fiacre Kouamé Botué was born in the Marcory district of Abidjan and came up through Rail Club du Kadiogo in Burkina Faso before joining the youth setup at US des Forces Armées. He made his senior debut there in 2018 and, by the time he left, had scored 6 goals in 18 league appearances. In December 2020 he was named best player and top scorer of the UFOA-B tournament while still at USFA. AC Ajaccio signed him on a free transfer in February 2021.

Botué worked his way between the reserve side, Ajaccio B, and the first team, appearing in both Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. He left Ajaccio in 2024 and signed for Inter Turku in Finland on a free transfer.

Botué has passed 70 league appearances for Inter Turku and, across all competitions, has scored 20 goals and set up 4 more, with his Veikkausliiga tally alone standing at 11 goals and 3 assists. He was part of the Inter Turku squad that won the Finnish League Cup in both 2024 and 2025, and the club also finished runner-up in the Finnish Cup in 2024.

At international level, Botué represents Burkina Faso. He made his senior debut in September 2021 in a World Cup qualifier that finished goalless, and was later included in the squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.
