About the player
Kikbaev came through the Aktobe academy and made his first senior appearance for the club in the Kazakhstan League Cup, coming on as a substitute against Tobol in a match Aktobe lost 0:2. Before that, he had already been used in the reserve side, Aktobe M, in the First League.
In early 2025 Aktobe sent him out on loan to Ertis Pavlodar, where he made his debut as a second-half substitute in a Kazakhstan Cup draw with Shakhter. He stayed at Ertis through the season, helping the club finish as runners-up in the First League before returning to Aktobe.
Back at his parent club, Kikbaev made his Kazakhstan Premier League debut against Tobol in March 2026. He has also been involved with the Kazakhstan under-19 setup, taking part in a training camp under coach Aleksandr Kuznetsov.
At youth level, playing for Aktobe's 2007-born side, he was credited with the best goal of a round in the Freedom QJ League.
