About the player
Roldán arrived at Oriente Petrolero in July 2026 from Albion. The forward, who can play on either flank, started out in the Cerro academy and made his professional debut there in 2016, but the following years turned into a string of loans and short stays rather than one settled home: spells at Progreso and Villa Teresa preceded a permanent return to Progreso in 2020.
From 2023 he moved on a free transfer to Uruguay Montevideo, then went on to Albion FC in the Segunda División, where he spent two seasons before his move to Bolivia. None of those transfers carried a fee — each was struck on a free.
He has never been capped by Uruguay at any level, senior or youth. The switch to Oriente Petrolero takes him abroad for the first time and into Bolivian football.
