Nuria Rábano

Nuria Rábano started early, joining her first team at four years old in Santiago de Compostela and playing alongside boys until she was 16. She made her senior debut with Atlético Arousana in the Segunda División Nacional that same year, before moving to Deportivo de La Coruña, where she helped the club earn promotion to Liga F and went on to make more than 20 top-flight appearances there.

A free transfer took her to Real Sociedad in 2020, where over two seasons and 57 appearances she helped the club reach the UEFA Women's Champions League for the first time in its history. Barcelona signed her in June 2022 as their first arrival of the transfer window. Her time at the club was short but decorated: 18 appearances brought the Champions League, La Liga and the Supercopa de España, before the contract was cut short by mutual agreement in July 2023.

She moved on a free transfer to VfL Wolfsburg, making 25 appearances in Germany, before returning to swap Europe for the United States in January 2025, signing a three-year deal with Utah Royals that includes a mutual option through 2028.

At international level, Rábano earned her first senior cap for Spain in October 2022, coming on as a substitute for Olga Carmona in a friendly against the United States that Spain won 2–0. She had been called up for a friendly against Sweden days earlier without featuring.
