Ruslan Baytukov

Ruslan Baytukov was born in Rudny, in Kazakhstan, and moved to Chelyabinsk at the age of six before starting his senior career at the amateur club Shakhter Korkino. He joined FC Chelyabinsk's senior squad in 2015 and made his debut the following year, staying with the club until 2021.

A move to Rodina Moscow in 2021 took him into the Russian Second League, where he made 31 appearances and scored twice in his first season. When Rodina won promotion to the First League the following year, Baytukov featured 15 times in the league and once in the cup for the main squad, while also turning out eight times for the reserve side, Rodina-2 Moscow. He left the club in 2023.

At Tyumen, where he signed that July, Baytukov started all 32 of his league appearances in the 2023–24 First League campaign and added three goals. His contract there ran out at the end of that season, and he moved on to Torpedo Moscow in July 2024, staying with the Moscow club until January 2026, when he returned to Chelyabinsk, the club where his career began.

Back at Chelyabinsk in the First League this season, Baytukov has made nine appearances since his mid-season transfer, without adding a goal or an assist, and has kept a clean disciplinary record for the club so far.
