Stanislav Baranov

Stanislav Baranov came through HJK Helsinki's academy and spent his early seasons proving himself several rungs down the ladder, playing regularly for feeder side Klubi 04 in Finland's lower divisions before making his senior HJK debut in the League Cup in 2023 and following it with a Veikkausliiga bow the following year. He won the League Cup with HJK's first team in 2023.

The loans told their own story. In the summer of 2024 he moved to Tallinna Kalev in Estonia's Meistriliiga, where he made 14 appearances and scored once. He returned to Klubi 04 duty afterwards and was named Ykkönen player of the month in May 2025.

In February 2026 Baranov left HJK for good, joining Ilves in Tampere on a permanent deal reported as an undisclosed fee, signing a two-year contract with an option for a third. Across the 2026 season he made 21 appearances for Ilves in all competitions, split between the Veikkausliiga, the Finnish Cup and the UEFA Conference League, scoring once in Europe.

At youth international level, Baranov played three times for Finland's under-18s in 2023, scoring once, and was part of the squad that won the Baltic Cup at that age group the same year. He has not featured for the senior national team.
