Tyler D'Whyte Roberts

Roberts began at West Bromwich Albion, making his professional debut in May 2016, before a run of loans took him to Oxford United, Shrewsbury Town and Walsall. In January 2018 he moved to Leeds United for a reported fee of £2.5 million, potentially rising to £4 million with add-ons, and went on to make 101 appearances for the club, scoring nine goals. A loan to Queens Park Rangers followed during the 2022–2023 season before he left Leeds for Birmingham City in June 2023 for a reported fee of around £750,000. His time at Birmingham brought limited playing time, with 17 appearances and no goals, and he was loaned out to Northampton Town for the 2024–2025 season.

In September 2025 Roberts joined Mansfield Town on loan and scored three goals in nine appearances.

Born in Gloucester, Roberts qualified for Wales and made his senior international debut in 2018, going on to earn 20 caps. He was included in the Wales squad for UEFA Euro 2020, though he did not feature in any of the three group stage matches. He came through the Welsh youth set-up, representing the under-17s, under-19s, under-20s and under-21s along the way.
