Vladimir Khubulov

Vladimir Khubulov passed through the Krasnodar academy before joining Akhmat Grozny's youth setup, a stretch that included a loan to Zenit Saint Petersburg's youth ranks without ever breaking into Akhmat's first team. His path back to senior football ran through his hometown club, Alania Vladikavkaz, where he returned in 2020 and made his professional debut in the Russian Football National League, going on to make 54 league appearances and score nine goals over two seasons.

That form earned him a free transfer to Krylya Sovetov in July 2022 on a four-year contract. He left Krylya Sovetov as a free agent in June 2024 once that loan ended.

Khubulov is often described as an attacking midfielder or winger and stands out for his ability to use either foot. At international level, he represented Russia's under-17 side in 2018, taking five caps and a goal, and added four appearances for the under-18s the same year. A call-up to the senior national team's training camp in September 2023 did not lead to a debut, as injury kept him out of that gathering, and he has not featured for the senior side since.
