Harichovce

The team's undefeated league campaign of 1964: the senior side went through the season without losing a match, and the youth team took its own competition in the same year, earning promotion to the regional prebor together. In 1955, the club had already climbed once, winning the district championship and moving up into the regional I. B trieda.

The club traces back to 1932, when it was formed as Športový klub Harichovce, though its earliest recorded competitive matches date only from 1943. The communist administration folded it into an agricultural cooperative structure in 1953, and for the following decades it played as TJ Sokol JRD Harichovce. The name reverted to ŠK Harichovce after the Velvet Revolution, restoring the identity under which the 1932 club had been founded.

One product of the village's football stands out beyond the local leagues: Vanessa Hrušovská started out at ŠK Harichovce before moving on to FC Tatran Prešov and representing Slovakia at youth level, and in 2026 she transferred to the Czech club Slovácko.

Harichovce now plays in the VI. liga Podtatranská, at the Areál ŠK Harichovce, which holds around 1,300. The fixture that still matters most locally is against OŠK Teplička, a neighbouring-village derby.
