Pro Palazzolo

The ground was built for the years when the club did belong there — between 1989 and 1996, when it played four seasons in Serie C1 and three in Serie C2, the only stretch of professional football in its history. It reached the higher of those divisions by winning Group B of Serie C2 in 1990–91.

That period began with a transaction rather than a promotion: the club took over the sporting title of G.S. Telgate in 1989 and stepped straight into the professional game. It has done the same thing since, entering Serie D in 2023 through the title of Sporting Franciacorta. The 1913 founding date, from the merger of Sport Club Palazzolo and Victoria Unione Football, has survived every one of those reorganisations.

The most recent thing worth recording happened outside the men's team. The women's section, only lately established, won the Eccellenza in 2024–25 and went up to Serie C.

Before all of it there was 1982, when the club reached the national final of the Coppa Italia Dilettanti and lost to AlbinoLeffe.

Alberto Paloschi arrived in 2025, a year after Fabio Ceravolo.

The date the town marks is the Derby della Franciacorta against AC Ospitaletto Franciacorta.
