Psáry begin this season in the 4. České fotbalové lize . They arrived there by finishing second in the Central Bohemian regional championship in 2024/25, and they did it as newcomers to that division.
The cup run came first. In 2023/24 they won the Pohár SKFS, the Central Bohemian regional cup, beating SK Poříčany 3:0 in the final and taking a place in the preliminary rounds of the MOL Cup. A year later they reached the Superfinále Středočeského fotbalu and lost 1:2 to FK Milín.
The under-19s took the regional championship in 2025/26 and went up to the 3. liga, the first time any Psáry team has played at that level.
The club was registered in 1932 as SK Sparta Psáry. The Rapid name came in 1945. By 1947 the first team had reached the southern section of the Central Bohemian regional championship, and the blue and white have stayed with them since.
The ground on Sportovní holds 500.
