Al-Buqayriyah Club Stadium

The ground in the Al Montazah district of Al-Bukayriyah carried another club's name before it carried its own. Construction began in 1986, and when the gates opened in 1988 the sign read Al-Amal Club Stadium — the arena belonged to Al-Amal, and only followed the club into its later name, Al-Bukiryah.

What it cost is recorded where the attendance figures are not: 99.5 million Saudi riyals. That is an unusually specific number to survive from a small provincial ground of the late 1980s. No record of a peak crowd exists, and no expansion or reconstruction has been documented since.

Three thousand seats set the ceiling on what the ground is asked to hold. That figure is the working one for the current period. Al-Bukiryah play their league fixtures here across the Saudi first and second divisions, and the ground takes the early rounds of the King's Cup when the draw brought them together early enough to keep the tie at home. No cup final has been played on it, no international tournament, no large concert.
