The Casa del Calcio defines the Campo Sportivo di Fonte dell'Ovo. More than a matchday venue, the site serves as the administrative heart of the San Marino Football Federation (FSGC). The federation headquarters rises alongside the pitch, a reminder that the club grounds of La Fiorita 1967 and Virtus exist within a complex of sporting administration rather than a simple sports park.

The stadium opened in 1984, constructed under the auspices of the Comitato Olimpico Nazionale di San Marino (CONOSM). It remained a modest fixture in the San Marino landscape until a significant renovation in 2008. That rebuild introduced the all-seater stand visible today and saw the inauguration of the Casa del Calcio building, executed in the presence of UEFA President Michel Platini. The renovation shifted the ground’s identity from a local training pitch to a centre of national football.

Capacity sits at 500 spectators, all seated on a single tier of concrete and steel. The stand runs along one side of the pitch, facing the federation building. A wooden railing separates the seating area from a pathway leading up the hill, while glass barriers line the edge of the terraces. The surface is artificial, a synthetic strip that reflects the floodlights during evening fixtures.

The venue has hosted UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers and Coppa Titano matches. It is not a large ground — a crowd of 500 is rarely exceeded — but it is the only stadium in the City of San Marino to combine a match pitch with the headquarters of the national federation.
