Centre sportif Guy-Boissière

The Centre sportif Guy-Boissière sits on Île Lacroix in Rouen, but it is not a football ground. It is a multisports complex defined by its ice rink and swimming pool, both of which share the same address on Avenue Jacques-Chastellain. The complex was renamed in 2006 after Guy Boissière, a former swimming coach, though its history stretches back to the 1970s when the swimming pool opened on May 2, 1970. The current ice arena, which serves as the home of the Dragons de Rouen, a professional ice hockey team in the Ligue Magnus, opened on January 14, 1992.

The facility has undergone significant changes over the decades. The original ice rink burned down during construction in 1970 and had to be rebuilt. A major renovation and extension project costing between €8.2 million and €9.2 million was completed in 2021, increasing the seating capacity to 3,029 with additional standing room bringing the total capacity to 3,279. This figure also represents the record attendance for a Dragons de Rouen home game. The venue has hosted the French Figure Skating Championships in 1994 and 2023.
