CommonSpirit Performance Center (temporary, 2026–2027), Denver Summit FC Stadium (permanent, from 2028)

The venue is not a permanent fixture in Centennial. It is a temporary home for Denver Summit FC, built on a 43-acre campus in the Potomac Park development while the club prepares for a permanent stadium from 2028. The ground is part of a larger project that includes the CommonSpirit Performance Center, a professional training facility that opened in June 2026. This partnership with CommonSpirit Health has won the Fan’s Voice winner for Best Women’s Sports Partnership at the Hashtag Sports Awards.

The pitch is natural grass , grown in Platteville, Colorado, and originally prepared for World Cup fields in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and Denver. The attendance record has stood since August 8, 2026, when the club defeated the Utah Royals 2–1.

The first professional match at the site was played on July 18, 2026, against the Portland Thorns. The venue is known as Centennial Stadium for its initial two seasons in the NWSL, though it will become Denver Summit FC Stadium once the permanent structure is completed. The surrounding area includes the Cherry Creek School District facilities, part of the joint development that also established the 303 Community Fund to support underserved youth.

Construction was executed by Haselden Construction and Barton Malow Construction, with project management by CAA ICON and design by Populous. The club moved into the complex on June 17, 2026, shortly before the facility’s official opening.
